I would just like you to understand what shocking service I (and I'm sure plenty of other parents) am receiving from your new choice of transport provider, Zeelo.
Every stage of the Zeelo process since June this year has required email or phone intervention from me to Zeelo because their systems and app don't work.
The routes have been changed after I paid for my son's pass, resulting in my son requiring 2 separate route passes, and the timetables have changed at least 3 times since last week. Now my son is expected to spend over 5hrs per day on the bus. How is he supposed to concentrate on college work?
It feels like this is the first time Zeelo have run a transport contract and they are woefully out of their depth. Unfortunately this reflects on Hartpury College.
Responses from Zeelo have practically dried up. If I email, I get no response. If I, call, I get recorded messages or put on hold.
My son needs to travel to college every day, what am I supposed to do???
To top it all, Zeelo are also emailing me saying that they will he taking my monthly direct debit twice, so im paying double the fee.
Could you PLEASE instruct them to take ownership of this problem and call (not email, this has proven unsuccessful too many times) to resolve this.
