The range of pan size is very good: the largest pan being of good capacity without being impossibly heavy. The satin finish is really nice, the pan handles nicely balanced and in use the pans heat evenly and relatively rapidly. I bought them to replace an ill considered purchase of Joseph Joseph stainless steel space pans which were a massive disappointment and the service from the supplier, quite frankly, appalling.
