The person in charge took the time to investigate different options and quickly gave me a very personalized solution. Thank you for the level of involvement! It really made a difference for me. The masks were absolutely amazing
The masks were absolutely amazing! However I ordered different sets and they weren't labeled so I asked which was which and they misinformed my and I ended up giving the wrong packages :(

Sorry to hear about the mix-up! If you were the one with the four unmarked packages, I believe I am the one to blame for the misinformation 😮💨 (from the Amsterdam store).
Also, usually the packages are marked so we'll get to the bottom of it to why these ones were unmarked.

Haru Haru online services are top notch
When I still lived in Rotterdam, I used to shop at Haru Haru directly. Having moved away but not wanting to miss out on thei rgreat Korean treatment products, I ordered everything online for the first time. The products came fast via mail, were lovingly packed, and a very sweet personal note was included in the delivery. I can fully recommend Haru Haru even when you do not live close to the physical shops!
