Throughout the process both members of the company always kept communications open on progress of potential clients, always highlighted areas of concerns and gave their honest opinions which were always appreciated. Fees were always discussed upfront and nothing was never a surprise. (as can be with some agents as I have experienced). Very flexible in regards to arranging viewings, and maintained their integrity and professionalism throughout. Overall the end to end process was painless.
