Do not buy from this dude!!!!!! My dad bought a iPad a16 from him and it is so glitchy the screen freezes half the time I have taken it to Apple about 5 times and they can’t do anything, he refuses to refund the obviously not working iPad and is arguing with us about it, the situation is so silly because it is so simple to just refund us and then let us get a better one

Just a drop shipper, do not buy from this guy, just go to temu buy it from there, same thing

Do not buy anything from this company, it's coming from hong kong and after reading other reviews he sells fake goods and he is very difficult to deal with to get a refund . AVOID AVOID AVOID

DONT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a switch on onbuy from them. I’ve never used onbuy before, it was made to look like I would be getting a uk region switch. However this was not the case, its was falsely advertised and I received a Hong Kong region switch, so it didn’t have the correct plug & it also wouldn’t be under warranty. So I immediately asked for a refund which they agreed to. I sent it back Royal Mail tracked and signed for as I rightly so did not trust them. My instincts where correct as the parcel has been sitting at the post office for over a week now - they haven’t bothered to collect it and they have stopped responding to me despite me sending them the tracking details and letting them know the parcel needed to be collected.

Fraud! Attention! It was a terrible shopping experience! I purchased iPad from this seller on onbuy.com and it never arrived! I wrote to the seller to find out about my iPad but never received a reply. Luckily I paid with Klarna and stopped the installment payments. In the meantime, I'm still waiting for the first installment to be refunded by Klarna. Forget it and ignore this seller!

I recently bought a camera that has a problem. I emailed them explaining the problem but I never received a reply.
The guarantee is not real so I would advise people to avoid buying from this seller.

Ordered a speaker, after a month of use the sound was full of crackles. Have been emailing for over a month with no response. Do not buy from this prick

I didn't realise that the product was being shipped from China and waited quite awhile for it once I received it and opened it pretty sure I've been sold a fake really upsetting

Initially impressed - camera arrived promptly and as described. After a few months, the focus stopped working and I contacted Hashtechguy who sent me a few troubleshooting suggests which sounded reasonable but didn’t work. That’s the last I heard from him. He’s now totally ghosting me and camera is running out of warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM - absolutely zero support if things go wrong

I bought an ipad that never came even though they marked it as delivered on their tracking site. I complained and they said there was some mix up. i requested for refunds and that was the last i heard from them. I have informed my credit card company who is now helping me out.

I placed an order through these on onbuy. BIG MISTAKE!
I should of done my homework beforehand as I checked out his reviews after I ordered.

He sent me a replica nintendo switch from hong kong with no serial number. Then told me it is real and not all switches have serial numbers.

I sent back for a refund with tracked postage and all of a sudden hes gone quiet. Luckily I paid using a credit card, so they'll take the money back from him.

But whatever you do, DONT buy from him

Do not use this retailer who uses the OnBuy portal. iPad wasn’t received with very little interest to put it right. OnBuy refunded within 24 hours once I flagged the issue but do not use Hashtecguy

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 with this company, there was a two week delivery time but that's no issue. A day or two after ordering I get a message saying it will be delivered the next day, and the carrier marked it as delivered with a blank proof of delivery. I never received a parcel and initially the seller responded and asked me to wait a day incase of a scanning error, but following that they never responded. I had to contact the intermediate company who I put the order through in order to get a refund.

I don't think that it was a scam as there was tracking from a carrier (so something was sent just not received), but it is totally unacceptable to ignore queries when someone has just spent a large amount of money. It would be much safer to order from a local store or large company

I bought SonyWFXM5 from Onbuy from “ Hashtechguy Electronics”, I had to return the product in few days as I was having Bluetooth connectivity issues. But now after 14 days of return, I am following on my refund but I am not getting any response back now from Onbuy or Hastechguy. It’s just so risky to buy anything from Onbuy as returns are handled so carelessly.

Product arrived as described and arrived earlier than expected.
Camera works perfectly, was clearly brand new unused as described. Was a great price. Box a little bashed but that could have been postage. It did say last camera left. It had good packaging otherwise but main thing was it needed to work and it does. I bought it via OnBuy and have no complaints. A positive experience.

How I wish I had checked out these reviews before purchasing a pair of Sony 1000 XM4 headphones from this seller via OnBuy! The headphones were a birthday gift to a friend and turned out to be seriously faulty.... I have a pair of XM3's myself which have been excellent, so imagine my dismay when I discovered that these from Hashtechguy produced dreadful constant interference and the ambient sound/noise cancelling button didn't work at all! When I contacted the seller through OnBuy, they replied the next day with suggestions to try resetting and repair-ing the headphones and ensuring they were running the latest firmware, which I duly attended to, but to no avail. They then asked for photos to show the condition of the headphones, which I immediately provided, then they came back to me asking for photos of the serial number... which I duly provided.... then they went silent on me and despite sending several further messages, never heard a peep back from them. I contacted OnBuy, who asked for evidence of the fault, which again, I was happy to provide and they decided in my favour that a refund was due. I was sent an Evri return label via email, and returned the item, but it has apparently gone missing at Evri, so I'm still waiting for my refund! Buyer beware!! ... I don't know where Hashtechguy are based but they are clearly totally uninterested in doing the right thing and refunding faulty items. An awful experience!

Sellers like this should not be allowed to trade in Great Britain.
After sending the wrong item (I believe on purpose as it was a lot cheaper than the item I ordered) I was offered a partial refund to keep the item sent which equated to £35 more than I could have purchased from anywhere online, or return the item and await delivery of the item I ordered.
I chose to return the item and wait for the original order.
The next message I received stated
that my refund (which I never requested ) would be sent once the item was checked at their returns department, which was a post office in Liverpool where the returned parcel was sent to and sat for a week waiting collection.
I had to involve OnBuy to chase up the refund as surprisingly my messages stopped being replied to and finally managed to get my money back 6 weeks after I originally paid 🙃

Absolutely shocking AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY AND ONBUY. If any other 'customers' have had any joy in contacting trading standards, independent watchdogs or any outside agency to flag these two companies up as fraudulent please let me know. Switch OLED broken within warranty period. Been ghosted by Hashtechguy and Onbuy. Truly disgraceful. No attempts to give any form of customer service whatsoever. No information to return faulty product. PLEASE AVOID THESE COMPANIES I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THE ANGUISH MY DISABLED CHILDREN ARE GOING THROUGH.
