Hate My Phone Reviews 

Item bought not as described and heavily damaged. Promised a partial refund to keep which I have accepted. STILL not been sent despite multiple Emails from them saying it would be.
In summary;
- Substandard products
- Dreadful customer service.

*Update 17/03/25: I am pleased to report that the issues described above, that have been ongoing since November 2024, have now been rectified in full by the company. I am grateful for the resolution provided. They have now made it right, albeit after a long and drawn out process. Thank you.

Hate my Phone reached out to me because I wrote them a scathing review in December 2022 . They have assured me they are now responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service and returns. I have checked with more recent reviews and find this to be the case. Therefore I am now happy to report they are a company worth using as they were always competitive on price and now the customer service is in place they would be fully compliant with The Consumer Rights Act.

I thought it would be good to try out Wowcher. Not realizing they put items for sale from other sellers on all items. I made two lucky dip mobile purchases for £14.99 each. I was stupid to think I would get anything good. Hate my phone did send mobiles in time. But when I opened 2 packages I was not surprised to find two of the same models. Which I've never heard of. Just tiny basic call and texts mobiles. One really scratched Looked on ebay. A ebay seller selling theirs for £8 used. I emailed hate my phone complaining. Guess what. No reply. Oh also after putting through order and paying for goods Wowcher tell you, you have to pay a further £4.99 postage on each item. £40 in total for rubbish. I will be honest. Just binned them. As refund will never happen. As I did choose to have lucky dip. Closed Wowcher account. As they have no contact details to complain? Please please. Don't buy lucky dips on Wowcher. It's a SCAM. Personally I would buy nothing. All dodgy prices. And risks of not getting what items you paid for as described. UPDATE!! Hate my phone kept trying to have my review removed!! So had to tell them my email and mobile number. For trustpilot to not remove. Soon after Hate my mobile tried to bribe me to give a positive review. First offer was good will gesture of £20(cost £40 for order). But I agreed. They said could put it in PayPal account. I told them do not have one. So they then offered me £10 bank transfer. Told them what a joke!! They are just so dodgy it's awful. Make sure if buying mobile through Wowcher. It's not supplied by hate my mobile!! Thanks!!

I bought 4 really cheap phones for some children and had an issue as I am not tech Savvy. I emailed for help and was responded to within minutes. Customer service at its best

I redeemed a Wowcher for an Amazon Kindle Fire 7. I read the Trust Pilot reviews after I had redeemed the voucher and panicked that I would not receive the item or that the item would be poor quality. I reached out to Hate My Phone who reassured me the item had been dispatched and provided updated tracking details. I have received the Amazon Kindle Fire and it works perfectly. Great customer service and the item was as described. I don't normally leave reviews but this it to reassure anyone who (like me) might panic.

Ordered stock for my store on multiple occasions and each time delivered fast, was very accommodating with terms and tracking provided.

Ordered an IPad through Wowcher. When the IPad eventually arrived it was in awful condition and could not be set up. Whenever I tried to set it up I was greeted by error messages insisting that it could not be set up and I needed to contact Apple Customer Services. I then found out that it was the property of a hospital and it was remotely locked to the NHS Trust. Tried to contact Wowcher with no help. Tried to contact Hate My Phone and no one ever answered the calls or responded to my contact attempts. Having looked online I was concerned that the iPad was not obtained and sold in good faith and may not be legitimate therefore have returned it immediately. Avoid this company at all costs and think twice about using Wowcher!

I ordered an IPad from Hatemyphone which I found online. The price seemed to be a fair price and decided to order it. When it arrived I was keen to get it up and running as soon as possible, this was easy and straightforward, and since then I haven’t had any issues with the device.
