First Order - Excellent

This was my very first order with Hatspick, and I’ll be honest—I was extremely cautious. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other suppliers: misleading photos, inconsistent quality, slow shipping, poor communication… so I tend to be very careful with new partners.
But Hatspick has been nothing but reliable from day one. When the order arrived, my first thought was: I finally found a supplier I can actually trust long-term. The hats look fantastic—tight weave, stable shape, no weird smell, and none of that cheap lightweight feel. I run a retail business here in the U.S., and my customers really care about texture and overall quality. Hatspick’s products feel noticeably better than others in the same price range.
I later learned that their supply chain works with one of the largest—if not the largest—straw hat manufacturers in China and globally. It makes sense now why the quality is so consistent. My biggest frustration with other suppliers has always been getting restocks that don’t match the first batch, but that hasn’t happened with Hatspick at all.
Communication has also been excellent—fast replies, clear answers, no runaround. As a new customer, that gave me a lot of confidence. You can tell they care about building a real partnership, not just making a quick sale.
Overall, this first order went far better than expected.
Reliable, high-quality, trustworthy, and backed by a strong supply chain—Hatspick is the real deal.
Already preparing my next (much larger) order.
