The product is excellent but the 5 star review is for the exceptional customer service. Viktor went out of his way to mane sure I was totally take care of. Definitely a customer for life!

I received the hat I ordered, and it's great...except I also got signed up for TONS of spam. I now get 100-400 spam emails a day.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY GOT ME FOR $90 .I really wish I could put negative stars .Ordered hats 2 weeks ago should have been 3-5 business days it’s been almost triple that .When I informed there “Customer Service” they said I need to wait to return an item I’m waiting months to receive . I wouldn’t advise using them just go to LIDS .

I accidentally found this website,but I wish I would of found it earlier in life. And all I can do now is wait on the product. Then I'll probably buy more and tell my family and they will buy some. Then they will tell their friends and the will buy some. Only question is where is this place located (where is it shipped from)

At first I was very hesitant to order because the price is so good to be true with the quality of cap they are selling, but it turns out they're legit/real. Ordered from the Philippines and I'm a happy with my cap.

Bought a hat from them, didn't realize it was based in Sweden (I'm in the USA). I receive the hat and it looks very different from the photo. The photo looks like a gold/vintage white but it's actually a sparkly, glittery gold that I would never wear. I checked their return policy and I need to pay for shipping. Shipping from the US to Sweden is not cheap. So I reach out to their customer service to explain that the photo does not accurately depict the color of the hat, and in that case I shouldn't have to pay for the return shipping. After some back and forth I was sent a prepaid return label so I could get a refund. I had to argue my case but ultimately they did the right thing. Kudos to management for making it right. The customer service rep isn't my favorite person. Even when he told me about the prepaid label he insisted again that they weren't at fault and that I was wrong. Guy needs a new profession. But I got my refund so I'm happy.

This store has Canada in the title of the website, offers free shipping, and charges in CAD dollars. So you assume you are working with at least a North American company. At checkout, there is no mention of potential duties, that is it being shipped from Germany etc. Since I was purchasing Goorin' Bros... a USA brand, I would not have ordered these hats from a European site, as I know I would pay duty on them!! Also, I could only call into Europe on their working hours or FB message them? I will only be using them again if I cannot find the hat elsewhere. Disappointed in the hidden information, which of course is what they hide behind when you ask why these details were not prominent for the consumer. They send you the link to read the disclaimer AND if you refuse the parcel after you are surprised by duty, they will charge you $20.

Good businesses do things right, but great businesses make things right when something inevitably goes wrong. Hatstoreworld fixed my order issue quickly and kindly, and the issue was mostly caused by another party. I even got to speak to real people in the process. I will order from them again purely out of trust and reciprocation.

Able to solve our problem on where to claim our item. But the problem was my phone number was noy present on the parcel and the local post office was having difficulty to contact and deliver it to me.
