We visited Shapehouse and hired them to replace two toilets and install shower doors in our small Italian shower. Haugaard &Omegnens did the installation.
We did not negotiate the price and paid the invoice immediately. It was a mistake.
When the job was done, we went back to Shape House and showed pictures of what the bathroom looked like after a shower (a centimeter of water in a 70cm radius around they doors, all the way under the sink) and he agreed that it didn't look good.
It took him 5 weeks to stop by.
When he did, he gave vague explanations and showed no willingness to solve the problem. We are not experts, but it is clear that the doors have not been installed properly and there is a large gap underneath. The water runs underneath as if we had no doors. We have bought new joints. We use multiple mops, mats and even bought a plastic "fence" to try to keep the water from flooding the bathroom.
In my book, when you make a mistake, you apologize and correct it. Nope. The solution offered was that they could "Send someone to look at it". But we had to pay for it.
We paid DKK 74,000 for a botched job. I guess we should be happy: it's cheap for an indoor swimming pool!
