Haunting Nights Reviews 

We visited Jedburgh Jail on 20/9 and the hosts were Jackie and Hannah. The party were asked if they had their own equipment and were welcome to use it but when we did, we were asked to put it off as they were doing a ouija board. During this hour long session on the ouija board, there was a spider and they told people to put the glass from the ouija board to catch it then carried on after this. When they then asked the spirits if they were male, female or diverse, myself, my partner and another couple left. They also had very little knowledge of the jail, I asked when it closed down and they didn’t know.
I wouldn’t book through this company again.

Absolutely one of the best teams around for ghosthunting. Our night at St John's house was brilliant. Lots of activity and lots of participation from the staff. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a fantastic night ghosting hunting at Strelley Hall with the Haunting Nights team! David, Amy & Claire were excellent hosts from start to finish and all 4 of us from our party found the experience to be brilliant! The activity was varied through the night and we had great fun trying all of the different devices/techniques to attract paranormal occurrences! The Red Light scrying at the end of the night was definitely the most unnerving and made me feel rather odd as my sisters face was morphing into other beings! Ironically, she said she felt calm and happy throughout and had little recollection of what was happening!!! Overall thoroughly enjoyable and we will be booking again soon! Thank you David, Amy & Claire for a wonderful night!

We had a great time at the Ancient Ram Inn with Woody and Carol. They created a safe but also fun atmosphere, ensuring that we felt comfortable at all times.
My friend and I experienced a lot of activity, especially in the barn! Hopefully the CCTV caught it!
We can’t wait for the next one!

A good night at the Red Lion Hotel and the three ghost hunters were very nice but, we are disappointed that we didn't see the three ghosts and there was no correct ghost hunting equipment or a medium to guide us through the night but, overall we did have an enjoyable experience and looking forward to another ghost hunt soon.

This is all pretty new to me but I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and Groundlings Theatre. The guides were friendly and helpful and I loved the different types of investigating we did. I can’t wait for my next evening!

We had a brilliant night at The Ram Inn on the ghost hunt with Woody and Carol. The evening was really well-balanced, with a great mix of group-led activities and plenty of time for us to explore on our own and use the equipment.

We experienced lots of activity throughout the night, from the Ouija boards and Alice box to the ESTAS and even the human pendulum – it was fascinating! The resident spirits were very chatty indeed, which made it even more memorable.

Woody and Carol were fantastic hosts: encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable, without ever being intrusive. They really helped everyone feel confident to get involved.

Highly recommended – we would definitely book again!

Avoid their events! They cancel last minute because they can’t sell enough tickets and then refuse to refund you! Then text and emailed me abuse calling me a stupid cow and threatened to come to my house! I only asked for a refund that they had cancelled

Payment was taken by Haunting Nights. Haunting Nights events are also advertised on Psychic Nights UK Website where I bought my tickets. The directors on companies house are the same so the reply below is just more lies

An amazing night at the ancient ram inn (20/09/25) me and 3 friends went together first time doing anything like this the hosts Adam and woody was amazing and made sure everyone had a good time and was safe very down to earth and professional 10 out of 10 already looking at other events for our next adventure thanks again guys! Also the amount of activity was amazing also I felt the spirts felt happy and connected to the guides which encouraged more activity due to there great personalities:)

This was my first time on a hunt with Haunting Nights. I’ve been on a few with different companies over the years, and the Haunting Nights team were great. They’re friendly and approachable and made you feel very welcome. There were times on vigils when not much happened, but that’s to be expected sometimes, and didn’t really bother me, as I still enjoyed the night. I’ll definitely do another hunt with the Haunting Nights team, so just need to work out where to go next!

I have been on a few investigations over the years with various companies, but the last 3 have been with Haunting Nights. They are by far the best of the lot.
The hosts are welcoming, encouraging and energetic and even on nights with little activity (it does happen, spirits get tired!!) the investigations are still thoroughly enjoyable.
Meghan, one of the hosts is ace. Love her energy and she makes such a difference. I’m finding myself searching their website and wanting to fill my diary with their events.

We have done quite a few paranormal events over the years and have now done several different locations with Haunting Nights. As always the hosts were friendly and helpful and we had a great time investigating with Kelly and Shannon. The true crime museum was a great venue and loved that it was a smaller group due to the location. We had some great activity and I also had quite a personal experience which was unexpected. We are already looking for our next location!

Amazing experience! I booked this as a birthday present for my mate and 3 of us went. We were all unsure what to think of the “paranormal” but I can say I left feeling quite confident there is something. We all experienced things but I did hear a cat meow in the witches room and I can say for certain there was no cat around and I was on my own. Also we had equipment playing up to! I have to say Woody and James were amazing! Such nice dudes and they were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend. We will be back for a late night one!

We have attended many events with this company and have always found the hosts knowledgeable and friendly . Last night we visited The Beer caves. It was a great venue, historically interesting and atmospheric. We experienced some auditory phenomenon. Was it paranormal? Who can say. I can say that in the pitch black it was very eerie. I would definitely recommend Haunting Nights for anyone interested in ghost hunting.
