Alan and Ant arrived as scheduled. They were friendly and polite. They got on with the job of installing bi-fold doors in a competent manner. The end result was excellent. This is the second job Haus hs done for us within two weeks. We can honestly say that we fully recommend this company. Every member of staff that has had contact with us has been most professional.

Competent, friendly and professional workforce arrived every day as per the schedule. I’m very impressed with the overall result, it has turned our conservatory into a garden room. Somewhere that we can fully utilise the whole year round.

The whole job was managed in a very professional manner from initial enquiry through to completion.
Haus colleagues communicated with us regularly during the process.

I'm a returning customer. Molly, Jay and Darren you have been fabulous, and the surveyor was great too. After leaving a review with only 4 stars previously, it's thanks to Tom the service engineer for being so efficient and reliable, putting right a few issues that we encountered during our previous installation that we came back for more! Jay and Darren were polite, friendly, tidy and professional whilst installing this time, nothing was too much trouble, we couldn't have asked for anything better, our windows look great, Thank you. This was an impulse buy of a relatively small window to prevent dead leaves blowing into an open porch. Haus made the purchase trouble-free from the initial order and signed contract, no deposit necessary, through the survey visit, to the completed installation, when payment is due.
The two fitters were polite and courteous, and finished the job quickly and efficiently.
Overall a five star experience.

Adam and Ant turned up on time, they were very polite, did a professional clean and tidy job and cleaned up afterwards.

I recently had my door replaced by Haus Installations and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The fabulous Dan and Wayne Team really made the installation of my new warm Conservatory roof a great experience. They were speedy operators as well as being very knowledgable, pleasant and polite. They were such clean and efficient workers and are a credit to Haus. They are welcome back any day!

Great product, Haus kept us informed how our door was progressing, turned up on-time to install.
The 2 guys who did the installation were great, very approachable. They did not do any damage to the paintwork and cleaned the site once completed. Very pleased with the door and would highly recommend Haus.

We had Haus back again today to do the gutterings and fascias, Tom and Jonny were friendly and quick and did a perfect job, Jonny spent alot of time clearing up the mess afterwards nothing left behind at all, very neat and tidy and the gutterings and fascias were perfect, had molly out again to give us a quote as usual very friendly and easy to sort it out.

Haus built an extension for us in 2020, we have encountered a problem with some weatherboards which have warped so I emailed their customer service team. The team were v polite and sent a service team who on the spot removed the existing boards and fitted a complete set of new boards. They were quick tidy and efficient I would recommend Haus to anyone thinking of home improvements.

Since leaving a bad review Tom contacted me within 24 hours and the issues were resolved within 48 hours.

As mentioned previously everything up to and including fitting was 5 stars. A few issues afterwards but once Tom became aware, it was resolved quickly snd professionally. Adam was brilliant and professional and they are training new staff to improve the service going forward.

Overall i would now use them again.

Had a new door and a little bit of cladding installed, great process from start to finish. Really happy with the end result. Alan arrived at 8am and worked non stop. Lovely job.

Our initial enquiry and sign up for Replacement Windows and Soffits and Fascias were well executed by Jason and Molly.

Installation of the Replacement Windows by Darren and Jaydon was very efficient and extremely professional - and they are so tidy, cleaning up all the time - it was an honour to be in the presence of 70's local street dancer in Darren and retained firefighter Jaydon.

Finally the icing on the cake was the install of Soffits and Fascias by Tom and Jonny.

Such really lovely tradesmen. So polite and so conscious of where they are working - very impressed.

Customer Service at it's best 👌🏽 . Thank you Haus Installations for installing our beautiful Composite door. The sales experience was smooth, the designer was very patient and professional. It is a bespoke service and you do feel that you are getting what you paid for. The door looks really well made, the hardware is definitely robust and you get a 10year warranty for your piece of mind. Thank you Haus, we will definitely use your services again without hesitation.
