Landlord rental experience: excellent service
Great service for flat rental (landlord experience). Tyrone found a huge number of potential tenants and organised the flat viewings with minimal input from myself - securing excellent rent yield.
Administration is very streamlined and all done online. All this at a competitive rate. Would recommend and use again.

Outstanding service
I cannot speak highly enough of Tyrone who handled our house letting and subsequently sale. Not only does he get all the basics right by communicating quickly and clearly, but he is fair-minded and exceptionally thorough. He helped us to plan and carry out some light refurbishment before selling the house, sourcing and arranging contractors and following up with them where necessary, to the extent that we had to do almost nothing. He was really invested in the whole process without trying to cut corners or exploit anyone. And all of this for a very competitive fee. The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent, by a long way.
