First class service and products
The delivery was very quick and the cigars were well kept in a humidity pack, inside bubble wrap, packed in cardboard. The cigars were really good and I had a good smoking experience.

False Marketing
August's cigar of the month launched on 1 August at 9.30 but was "sold out" in minutes so I went on the "notify me when back in stock" at 11.22. By 14.54 on a Saturday it was "miraculously back instock". Creating the illusion of a product shortage is fake advertising as there's no way they can sell out and restock in under 3 hours at a weekend

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the confusion this caused.
Our Cigar of the Month is intended to run for the entire month, not as a limited stock or flash offer. While there can occasionally be short periods where a cigar goes out of stock due to high demand, we always aim to have stock available throughout the month.
Today's situation was a little different. The August Cigar of the Month went live just after midnight and was showing as in stock. As we were also running our cigar festival today, we needed to transfer some stock for the event. During that stock transfer, the website temporarily showed the cigar as out of stock before it became available again once the transfer was complete.
We certainly weren't trying to create the impression of an artificial shortage, and that is never our intention. We want as many people as possible to enjoy our Cigar of the Month, which is why we choose cigars that we expect to have sufficient stock for both our website and all 10 of our shop locations throughout the month.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns.
