My experience with Havaning and Yanet: reliable, professional, responsive, helpful. Yanet contributed to making our Cuba trip smooth, worry-free and ensuring that everything met our expectations. I booked the Vedado 17 apartment and it looked exactly as in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, secure. There is AC and hot water with good pressure and staying in the apartment is much better than a hotel. the location is great and easily walkable but print your maps before you go. The driver she arranged for us was prompt and professional.

I love these people... they are so helpful and they know the country. They are passionate and they are able to communicate their love for the country giving suggestions and offering the best options for accommodation, fun, guided visits and whatever you expect from this amazing land called Cuba. I was really happy with them and they are fully trustworthy.
