Paying lots of money and you have to book for swimming pool which was only available for 3 days of my stay just for one hour…my last time in haven, making profit about covid…very disappointed…

Although they couldn't fulfill my paperweight order in their normal timescales, I was kept well informed with the option of delaying delivery to a convenient date. Just prior to that date, Havens emailed to say it was dispatched. Arriving exactly when anticipated. Well packed. A good paperweight Excellent value. Very pleased with the product and customer service.

So sorry that the plates took longer to come in from Germany than anticipated.
Since Brexit orders from European suppliers are consolidated to save the considerable additional admin, clearance and freight costs.
This in turn means they will hold part orders and send when they have a reasonable value.
I can see an email chain to this effect and apologies that it did take longer than originally quoted.

Despite initial disappointment of my purchase being out of stock with the suppliers, excellent communication with explanation, apology and a plan really made a difference. The Dartington glasses have just arrived and they were worth the wait for a slightly delayed gift.
