I’ve been very happy in the past but something has changed.
I presumed the 2 dresses were coming from the Newcastle shop but it turned out that they were coming directly from China.
1 arrived and 1 did not, despite being assured the post proved it had been.
I sent back the 1 I did get, recorded delivery but was told the place didn’t exist.
So I am out of pocket by over £100 with no replies from the shop or owner

Don’t use this company it’s a scam the photos they show you are influencers wearing items that they then copy and the copies are poor quality. First order never arrived after weeks of chasing they sent the items again. The quality was so poor (no items have any labels which is illegal in the U.K.) I asked to send them back, they didn’t want to do this but eventually gave in. It’s been further weeks and I’ve had no refund and no one will answer my emails. First order was placed end of March and it’s now 1st July and nothing to show for it but being quite heavily out of pocket.

Placed an order with this company on the 1st May, I understand we have had 2 Bank Holidays but it is now the 10th May and still haven’t received the item. Have contacted company on several occasions and only one email stating that it has been despatched that was the 4thMay still waiting!!! Can’t comment on the purchase as yet. Diabolical delivery will not use this company again.

Just like the previous reviewer, nightmare trying to return an item. Only communication is via email. Did not send a returns label as stated and I feel ripped off. Terrible quality product, a jumper that was not as in advertised photo on line. No care label inside, looked handmade. Would never purchase or recommend them to anyone. I’m £59.99 poorer for the experience, terrible customer service. Do not waste your money with this ‘company’

Following the reply from havetolove below I would very much welcome the opportunity to show email communication I have sent and received. The number given on the website does not allow the caller to leave a voicemail! I have even asked for proof of an email sent with a returns label and had no response. Very disappointing.

Good communication with shop to ensure correct size and item. Good quality. Arrived safely and securely.

I have bought many items from Havetolove over the years and still wear them all. I do not understand the negative reviews because the shop always keep you updated with tracking information on your order and respond to emails promptly. Their customer service and communication is excellent. I purchased a coat from them in the recent offer, I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived first thing Monday morning. The coat is a beautiful quality and I am delighted with it. I love this store because their clothes are different and special but at reasonable prices. I only ever shop online with them but would love to visit their store one day. I would highly recommend them for excellent customer service and beautiful products.

I've put on a bit of weight since lock and was struggling to find something to wear for an event and I explained that to Kate via Instagram message and she was brilliant. I explained exactly what type of dress style I was after and she sent through photos of dresses they had in stock matching my requests and she suggested I try this specific one- it was absolutely perfect and fits so well! Their customer service is exceptional and they really go above and beyond! I am currently embarking on a 6 week boot camp in preparation of the GNR, I cannot wait to order a load of things in I have my eye on when i am

Dress was not at all like the picture… really, really cheap material. Very disappointing, I would definitely avoid.
