Hands off! Fraud

I received a product that still had anti-theft protection. When I contacted them about it, I was told to just have it fixed in a store. When I said no, I was repeatedly put off. GLS was supposedly supposed to pick it up from me. That didn't happen. However, the customer service tickets were closed anyway. Thieves and fraudsters

I have ordered two times from Hawaii…

I have ordered two times from Hawaii Surf. I am pretty satisfied in general, the order procedure is excellent, the discounts are good, and the products have arrived in perfect condition both times. The only thing is, the delivery time was 10-11 working days, which is longer than it states in the website (3-5 days for the european union). I was not in a lot of hurry, but they could still change it. Overall, satisfied

I'm trying to send back my sweater…

I'm trying to send back my sweater since its too big and no good quality. Unfortunately the return workflow on the webpage doesn't work so I send a message to the customer support. After initially responding and "trying to help" I never heard back from them. Still doesn't work and I can't send back my product. After reading the rates of other people not getting back their money after their returns I decided to keep it and not risking to let the same sh.. happen. I would have to pay the return anyway. I will fur sure never order again at this shop.

Ordered a jacket

Ordered a jacket, that was sold everywhere. Was smaller than expected, so I sent it back. Paid 10 euro for the shipping upfront and another 20 for the shipping back to France. So far so expensive. I am still waiting for the refund. To this point I paid 170 euro and don’t have anything. Should have just sell the jacket by myself, but didn’t thought about it. No chance reaching someone (I don’t even know if the number is real, because it doesn’t even ring, when I call), no reaction to my mails. I know the parcel is delivered, because I tracked it back.
Can’t really understand the decision, that you can’t return without pay for the shipping. Big no for me. Would never order again

Good shop with great customer service

We received a nice product at a good price.
The customer service was very friendly and helpful. We had problems with delivery to Italy from the italian GLS delivery company, but customer service repeatedly contacted them for us and in the end even refunded the delivery costs for us.
We are very much satisfied with HawaiiSurf and will shop here again!

Absolutely superb service

Absolutely superb service! I live in Denmark, and ordered a pair of snowboard boots from Hawaiisurf as they were the last pair in my size I could find in europe. I checked their Trustpilot and could see that they had received a lot of bad reviews. I was doubtful, so I rang them. Tommy helped me out, picked my boots out, shipped them with DHL and I had them in my hands within 24 hours! Tommy kept me in the delivery loop. I could not ask for better service. Thanks Hawaiisurf you have made an old snowboard very happy. Harfjeld here I come. Cheers Shaun

Awful company

Ten days after ordering they had still not posted my delivery! After contacting them they finally sent it.

Even worse, due to the dodgy shipping company they used I have been charged an additional 50% of the original cost of the order in customs and import fees into Switzerland!

I have contacted them about the customs situation but no response. Awful company. Avoid!

Customer service? What is this?

These folks clearly never heard about "customer service". I ordered something online which was supposed to be delivered to an access point in 2 days. I was already prepared for a bad delivery experience since they work with GLS as the only delivery company, which is the worst in Europe.

In classic GLS fashion of course, they couldn't deliver the package to the designated GLS access point. The package was stuck somewhere in the GLS headquarter and Hawaisurf assured me, that they will call them and take care of it.

I canceled my order after a week of wait and never heard back from Hawaiisurf again. 3 Weeks (!!!) later I surprisingly found the package in my letterbox without any notice.

Hawaiisurf is now demanding me to send the package back with my own money... And again, impossible to reach Hawaiisurf via mails and phone calls to finally get this over with.

This is the last time ordering something at this shop because obviously they DON'T CARE about their customers. I wasted so much time on this.

PS: If you, Hawaiisurf, are reading this, PLEASE finally send me my return ticket. THANKS

Failure to deliver package.

Failure to deliver package.

I ordered ski boots and poles from this company. They sent it via DPD shipping. The pick up point has not been open for three days, despite them telling me that it was.

I now won't be able to take my new ski gear on my ski holiday

Don't waste your time and money. Don't buy from this company.
