The delivery was set on 30.03-1.04 and we ordered the wine specially for our party. But it arrived only on 6.04!!!Moreover, we were at home all day long, but the currier decided that he couldn’t find our adress (it was written way too clearly) and left this big box of wine in a paket shop, so we picked it up ourselves. Your selection of wine is really awesome, but this time was the very first and very last we’ve done an order by you.

This is my first time I ordered from Hawesko, and I am very pleased with their service. They are helpful and client lovers!!
After I placed my order, I realized it was the wrong address given, I wrote an email about the situation, and it was solved very quickly, and they even gifted me with a nice bottle of wine for the delay EVEN SO IT WAS MY MISTAKE! I'll definitely order again!

Could be better
Delivery was very slow (maybe the problem lies with DHL) and some of my order was out of stock and not yet refunded. Communication on this point has been non-existent and more importantly no Prosecco!

Due to the ongoing pandemic and the tense world situation, we are currently registering an extreme increase in orders, as is generally the case with the entire mail order business. On the one hand, this is certainly to be seen as positive, but at the same time it means that there may be longer delivery times and replenishment problems in isolated cases.
I regret this fact and say thank you for your understanding of this exceptional situation.
Furthermore, I would be happy to offer you an alternative of the same quality for the item that is not available, of course also at a reduced price. The subsequent delivery would of course be carried out free of charge.
