Never again. The quality of their bikes are just terrible. Terrible is even "too good" to describe their quality
I bought a Bike for my Mother and it broke down.
They are ignoring my E-Mails, being extremely unfriendly and the Bike has become useless now.
The Seat has broken down, become not moveable and is stuck. There are countless other defects of the bike.
According to them, I should "send it to a repair shop". Never in my life I got ripped off like that in a warranty case!
DO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
