Brilliant. Linda came around, valued the house at a price that we wanted and within a week sold. But it was the attention to detail, drone footage followed by a virtual tour as a back up plan. All in all I am truly grateful for the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Linda and Sara.

We found a wonderful house on their web site but it was coming up to Easter and didn't expect to receive any communication until after the holiday period.
Within a couple of hours, not only had they contacted me but had also contacted the vendors and arranged a viewing on Good Friday.
As both my wife and I work, it has almost been impossible to get a viewing at other houses after work from other estate agents.
This company understands what customer service is all about.
By going out of her way, Linda has succeeded in obtaining an offer which the buyers have accepted.
Do not be put off buy the fact that this is a small, family run business.
Both my wife and I could not be happier and I am sure the sellers are too.
