Just wanted to say how helpful and informative we found James Brown to be when he was putting together an itinerary for us to travel to SE Asia. He was candid and had real in-depth knowledge of the area.

We had an excellent and unforgettable trip to Uganda; well-designed, well-paced, and full of extraordinary experiences. The highlights were definitely the gorilla trek and white-water rafting on the White Nile.

The lodges were lovely, with friendly, accommodating staff who kindly cleaned our jungle gear and muddy boots.

Our guides were outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and adaptable, ensuring we had an incredible gorilla tracking experience.

Towards the end, we faced some issues with one guide and transport, as well as flight cancellations and rescheduling. Our main contact was exceptionally responsive, calm, and supportive, resolving problems swiftly and ensuring we got home safely.

Overall, this was a spectacular trip filled with adventure, stunning nature, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Uganda.

Having just experienced an amazing holiday in Florida with Hayes and Jarvis, we decided to book our once in a lifetime holiday in 2027 with them too. Their India specialist Jas Bhela has been exceptional in putting together our itinerary and recommending Hotels as Flights along with excursions that suits our requirements.
