Visited Hayfield Park yesterday not to actually purchase a house at this site but in anticipation of another Hayfield development currently still at the planning stage. We mentioned this to the sales development manager Georgina whom was still very happy to show us a similar property and answer all our queries. We found her extremely helpful and accommodating, coming away with a much better appreciation of the process. We feel confident going forward that Hayfield staff will keep us informed of future developments.

My husband and I were looking to downsize our family home, to a small 3 bed and Hayfield homes did not disappoint. We stumbled across our new home on Right Move. We decided to take a drive to find this property in the beautiful village of Over. When we arrived, the property was actually part of a small development tucked away. We decided to pop into the sales where Samantha greeted us. Straight away she took us down to the property. We could tell that the house had character and was immediately impressed by the build. We drove away, feeling excited that potentially we would move to Over. Its location, the guided busway, and the lovely village it was located it in, really helped us make our decision. The following week we came back and decided to reserve the property. Samantha and Kirsty in the sales team, were extremely professional, supportive and made the purchase of this Hayfield home seamless. Very knowledgeable and very considerate and contactable.

On day of hand over, Luke showed us round our property, again extremely professional; taking his time to show us all the house gadgets and how they worked. The house was beautifully clean and we were very impressed by all the unique finishing touches.

On moving day, the house was shining the beautiful white robes, white towels, white company toiletries and a hamper, left us feeling that we were living in a hotel. Luke, was on hand to help us settle answering any queries efficiently, the small amount of snags have been dealt with extremely quickly and we have been very impressed by Luke and the aftercare team. Luke is always helpful, a real credit to Hayfields. Our new home has been the move we were looking for, and would recommend this build highly.

We booked our home in Hayfield Park, Bromham and were very excited about the new home and our first home. The initial sales team wasn’t the best as per the discussions we had, but there was a change in the team and once Georgina took over as our sales representative things were pretty easy on us.
The home was handed over to us much before the date of completion. The build quality was great with some minor issues that we saw here and there.
We did a professional snag inspection and the inspector was very impressed with the build quality and the design that Hayfield provided as standard(for many builders those are upgrades) and had far below on the snags compared to many other in market.

Once we got the snag reports, Luke stepped in and he was very helpful. I have heard a lot from our neighbors that Luke was helpful but got to understand what they really meant after we moved in and we started living in our home. He is very polite and understanding and helped us book the snag team as per our convenience and availability. He is/was always available on at the end of a call or messages and always walks/drives around making our lives easier.

I would recommend Hayfieldhomes to others for the build quality and after care support and feels its value for the money you pay.

We’ve been living in our Hayfield home for a year now, and we are absolutely delighted with both the quality of our home and the exceptional after-sales care we’ve received. A special mention goes to Luke from the Customer Care team, who has been outstanding in supporting us with all the issues identified in our snag report.

Luke is incredibly responsive, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly and keeping us consistently updated on the progress. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure every aspect of our new home is taken care of to the highest standard.

Even after a year, Luke’s commitment and professionalism have remained consistent, making us feel well-supported whenever any issues have arisen. Having dealt with customer care teams in the past, I can confidently say that Luke’s approach sets a new benchmark.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hayfield Homes and all the staff they employ. They are in my experience a 5 star builder with their quality, eco friendly, character homes.
Sean and Mark managing the site, Laura and Izzy senior sales, Sarah sales manager and Luke customer care. They are all 100% professional, have an excellent eye for detail, friendly, approachable and determined to find solutions should any small problem occur. I have been in my new home 2 months now and am absolutely delighted with it. Having decided to buy off plan I visited 4 of their other sites doing my ‘due diligence’. I was completely happy with all that I saw and this has been reflected in my new home. The look of and build finish exudes quality and the old adage of ‘you get what you pay’ for is certainly true with Hayfield Homes. I 100% recommend them and I know you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been in our new Hayfield home for nearly 11 months now. We love the quality of our home and the warmth and comfort it brings us.

There have inevitably been some snags in the last year, but we have found the Customer Care email contact mechanism to be responsive and friendly (a shout-out to Melanie in particular). We’ve also had the benefit of a personal WhatsApp group link with Hannah, Hayfield’s roving representative. We’ve had a great relationship with Hannah and this has also helped get the ball rolling when there have been issues.

Having bought a house on a new development some years ago and had a torrid time trying to get problems fixed, we now realise what is possible and should be expected from a premium house builder.

Hayfield are a very professional developer. They were very patient with us as we had delays in completing our old home sale. Our new home is a delight and the site is very pleasant. The whole moving experience was great. From meeting Hannah with the pre-move in demonstration, warm welcome on move in day to being able to call if anything needs looking at. She is always at hand and is a credit to Hayfield. The house is well built and exceeds our expectations. It's full of high quality features and tech and is built for the future. The building team are still on site and are all friendly, helpful and respectful. We will miss them when they go. Don't hesitate to visit a Hayfield development- they are not like other new builds. Attention to detail always pays off.

We recently moved into our Hayfield home and are delighted with the quality of our new home. Most importantly the after sales care has been excellent. No problem too trivial. Hannah has looked after us extremely well from the very beginning ensuring we had settled in and were comfortable with all aspects of the home

I fell in love with hayfield homes the first time I visited the hayfield grove sight in Hallow a year ago. I recently purchased a dassett in August last year and couldn’t be happier. The customer care team ensured my journey was the best it could be and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Hannah and the Hayfield team for a fab experience.

I just knew as I walked through the door the Hayfield property was for me. Well designed with a high standard of fixtures fittings & finish. From that first moment in July the support & continued support from the team (I’m still a ‘work in progress’) has been superb. Special thanks has to go to Samantha as I wouldn’t have reached this point in the sale without her.

Don't care about the local community.
Prior to any building commencing the developer was meant to have installed a pedestrian crossing. This was then delayed, but promised by the start of the new school term.
Now November and still no hint of it being completed.
Add into this the flooding due to the development being built on natural springs, disruption has been ongoing for ages.

Super slow developer. I hope they don’t go to your area as they have caused flooding, damage to local roads, pavements. You will also have traffic lights in the local area for months because they cannot quickly install a crossing. Hayfield - Hurry up and finish the development, fix the damage to roads and pavements and leave our village please…. And don’t come back.

Hayfield Homes have built a demonstrably ill fitting development in the Lavingtons in Wiltshire. It has been built in a field well known locally for the number of springs in it. The initial build phase caused appalling flooding. As part of the planning, the developers were committed to installing a traffic-light controlled pedestrian crossing across Lavington Lane.
They put this off, then started, then stopped having come up with some mealy-mouthed excuse about not knowing where the services were.

Lovely home in Southmoor but 4 years in and 4 kitchen unit doors blown (supplier gone bust) guttering leaking at joints in 2 places and leaking pipes. Plus slipped roof tiles. Previous house 30 years and not one problem. They don’t make them like they used to

I've been living in a Hayfield home for almost 2yrs now and I am just as happy now as I was the first time I viewed the property. Hayfield truly builds beautiful, quality homes. Their attention to detail during the building phase is only surpassed by the quality of care provided after purchase. T

We recently bought out first new build property at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington, Wiltshire. We visited the property a few times before purchasing it and had good phone and email communication from Angela in between the visits. Angela was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on each occasion. She was also very patient as it
took us a while to finally decide which property was right for us! Having decided on the lovely Bourton home, we are now being looked after by Hannah who manages the after care. Hannah is also friendly and approachable and it has been so beneficial to have Hannah on hand to help us with any thing we were unsure of. She is also very quick to respond to messages and communicates well to ensure we know what's going on.
Overall, our experience of buying a new house so far has been excellent and we would definitely recommend the company to potential buyers.

The Sales Development Manager called Claire was professional & knowledgeable. She always kept in touch with us, following up on all of our queries. The Hayfield site in Little Kimble, Bucks was impressive and the build quality was exceptional. Our only criticism regarding the Hanwell: we felt the lounge was too small for us.

Luke is an absolute asset to Hayfield as he has gone above and beyond ensuring that any issues raised have been resolved within a timely manner. As a family, we really appreciate his excellent customer service and genuine caring approach. Thank you!

Hazel and Katy (sales team) set the tone for my review; their indepth knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personalities made the purchase of my new home a pleasure and as stress free as a house purchase can be.
Maddie then picked up the case once I had paid my reservation fee. She had the hardest job of all; I was in a long chain and there were several hurdles and challenges along the way. At one point the chain nearly collapsed but Maddie's tenacity brought everything back on track and the purchase completed successfully.
On moving in day Luke greeted me at my front door with a set of keys - I was so excited! I moved in and began my new life at Hayfield Park Bromham. I've been here 2 months and in that time only minor snags have been identified. Luke got them rectified quickly and with zero fuss. Hayfield Patk pride themselves on customer care (it's their USP) and they really do deliver that. Luke had been, and continues to be a brilliant development manager, juggling many requests and enquiries, and somehow keeping everyone happy! Top notch build quality and interiors by the way. If I could afford a second home it would be on a Hayfield Park development. Other developers take note: THIS is how you do it.
