Haven't received my order
Haven't received my order, I was expecting to receive the order and being asked for my ID as usual, but the order has been left out and has been stolen and then regardless of that happening they have replaced my order so as I genuinely surprised as I didn't expect it, therefore I am very happy with the purchases and highly recommend this shop.

Hi,
As we now verify age through Yoti when an order is placed, the drivers no longer ask for ID upon delivery.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel is normally left outside the door unless you have personally selected a safe place or requested delivery to a pickup point instead.
I have also sent you an email which I kindly ask you to reply to, so that we have the opportunity to assist you further.
Forced age verification
Forces you to scan your face for age verification, only AFTER paying, causing most people to panic. It isn’t mentioned anywhere until AFTER paying. Extremely dystopian and unnecessary, your competitors don’t use this.
Email replies are very clearly AI generated and don’t answer questions. Avoid.

To collect personal data such as your name or age, a purchase agreement first needs to be initiated. This ensures GDPR compliance and confirms a legitimate transaction, which is why a temporary reservation is created on your card. This information is also available on our website. If the order is cancelled, the reservation is released immediately.
It is quite amusing to hear that our customer support comes across as AI-generated, but we can guarantee that we are very much real people sitting here working . :)

Only one gripe
I'm always super impressed with the pouches. The quality and the price are both excellent. Delivery times I could not ask for any better.
The only gripe I have is that when they send the free samples (which I look forward to, as it's usually a brand I haven't tried), they send way too strong ones. For example, this time I ordered pouches in 3g and 0g and the sample sent was 17g. I'm clearly not going to try them. It seems such a shame and waste of time and money for Haypp as they're such a good company. My friends and family who use you also have the same complaint. So many wasted boxes of pouches.

Ordered and delivered within 17 hours!
Placed an order last night at 6pm, thinking I would have a couple days wait for delivery as I ordered late in the day, they were posted soon after Royal Mail next day (free) and they arrived just after half 10 the following morning.
Can not speak highly enough of this company, never had a bad experience with them. They constantly offer discounts and money off for completing survey's intermittently, I've placed an incorrect order once before and they refunded me the postage and refunded me the cost of the items, then allowed me to place what I meant to order.
Over and over again they've shown why they have great customer service, not to mention they're one of the cheapest websites around.
10 out of 5 stars.
