Hays Travel - Allerton Reviews 

The service was fantastic. Jennifer Louise couldn’t do enough for us, she asked all the questions and gave great advice. Was very pathrough with our request out what we wanted out of building our itinerary. Jennifer Louise also followed up with us to make sure we was happy with everything. Bonnie and Annie were also great. They all made the booking process very easy.

We have used Hays Travel on Allerton Road in Liverpool for several years now. We frequently arrange our summer holiday through their Branch Manager, Megan who always makes us feel very welcome and at ease.
Megan has a real infectious enthusiasm for her work and her in depth knowledge of the resorts and hotels we reviewed when looking for a holiday in Southwestern Europe was impressive.
After reviewing a few different options lining up with our criteria, we were guided onto an excellent holiday, which exactly met our needs in every way, and we highly recommend Megan and Hays Travel for their highly quality, tailored customer service and competitive prices.

Jenny went out of her way to find a holiday for us, sh we deserves a medal.

Hays the agents themselves in the allerton branch are very helpful and really nice ladies however I paid £1599 for 4 nights with sea view and ended up looking at trees and changing hotel as the one they selected was awful I also got a full suite with 2 bathrooms half board for &"£900 for a different hotel and £120 for new flights the comparison was not even close and as a travel agent I would expect them to provide me better results than I could get myself

Everytime I go plan to go
on holiday I go there to check out the prices and figure out our options to
go , and also if we have been there longer enough cups of teas 🤣🤣
The staff are very friendly and we got to know some of the staff there (shout out to Jen & Megan) who has always been very helpful and kind guiding us through our planned holidays. I’ve booked everywhere with the from to the US ( Disney & Vegas) to European holidays such as Spain and more recently , help us book cruises all around Europe, WE ALLEAYS GO BC TO THAT SHOP !!

Another repeat booking made at Hayes Travel, Allerton Rd. Wouldn't go to any other travel agency, the staff are excellent. Scarlett, our trip advisor was polite and enthusiastic when we enquired about my first solo trip on holiday..
