It was very busy in the shop so had to wait over an hour to be seen .
Once we sat down with Lewis though, the booking process and help and advice given were excellent and seamless.

Haven't used a travel agent for years. As we needed assisted travel and adapted rooms decided to try one. Lewis was brilliant. Went through several locations finding the best for limited mobility with great flight times and transfers. Chose one and it was booked and confirmed in minutes

Really friendly staff, I had a call to say our favourite cruise company Ambassador has great offers on at the moment. We called in & booked 2 great cruises for 2027 & saved a lot of money. Thank you Kelly as you know us well & know what our preferences are. A great place to book your holiday.
