Booked a holiday in Turkey for October at Hays Travel in Belper. Clare, our travel agent, was so friendly and professional and very patient. She took her time showing us many different destinations and made sure that our final choice matched all our requirements. My wife has mobility issues and Clare arranged assisted travel for us and explained what to expect with this service. I cannot recommend highly enough how great an experience booking with this company is.

Extremely helpful staff

Recently returned from my holiday on Kos. All went without a hitch the standard of reassurance and assistance from the time of Booking and the follow-up checks after return from the staff at Hays Travel Belper, was first class . On Booking , the staff had personal knowledge of the choices of venue and advised successfully, on the run-up to the holiday we were contacted by the staff to ensure that all was on track and at a sociable distance after the return from the holiday follow-up checks we’re done. If and when I go overseas again , I will definitely be seeking assistance from Hays . Good people !

Went to Hays at meadowhall to book a holiday and left due to the attitude of the woman I think was the manager. Rang the belper branch and was communicating with a young lady called Roberta,I left some details on a holiday I was interested and she called me back with a price. I decided to go into the branch that day to book.
Roberta was busy with other customers but still greeted me and acknowledged who I was, A lady called corrinne took over my booking . All I can say is the atmosphere is so inviting and the knowledge when I was booking was the best that I've ever experienced.
The patience and friendliness is just what you need when booking a holiday it becomes stress free.
This is my go to branch now and I can't praise the staff enough.
What ever I asked corrinne she had an understanding and explained everything in detail. As soon as you walk in the branch feels relaxed so different to the meadowhall branch
