The two gentlemen in the shop were both very helpful, in fact id phone before hand to check on something and when I went to book the system was already set up with my name, the person I spoke to on the phone wasn't in that day but had passed on my details to someone else, the person found us exactly what we wanted and noted down our requests. Ive already recommend them to friends.

Excellent experience at Hays Travel
Called in to the store spoke with Claire regarding our holiday to tenerife, She was extemely knowledgeable with regard to the actual travel arrangements and what to expect on arrival at Tenerife she also booked us on the Fast Track. All in All another excellent experience at Hays Travel
