As usual, we knew which holiday we wanted to book and Sandra was able to hold the phone line for some time at a very busy period until she got through to the travel company and made our booking for us.

The Travel Agent was prepared to stay after hours to follow up my concern.

As always Nicola and all the girls are very friendly and professional in helping us book our holidays. We always feel Nicola goes over and above in getting us the best deal she can and for that we are very grateful. We would always recommend the Bradway office to friends and family.

Although my reservation was done by a third party, the service was excellent. I was always included and kept updated with proceedings.

We where very happy with all of the staff who are very nice and helpful doing our holiday booking 😀 again 👍

We were greeted pleasantly. The assistant manager was very helpful in booking a saga river cruise. When we had a misunderstanding with the payment of the holiday insurance, the matter was resolved satisfactorily.
