The lovely staff in the Braintree…
The lovely staff in the Braintree store, are welcoming friendly entertaining and knowledgeable, over the last few months we have spent a few hours booking 3 separate holidays and have got to know the staff a bit better, which makes the experience of booking more fun. From the Apprentices to the New store manager they all seem to enjoy their roles. Thank you all, obviously we will be back.

We had a great experience
We had a great experience, the team couldn't have done more to help us find our holiday and we are very happy with their service. They even stayed well beyond the closing time to get the booking confirmed due to an initial website glitch that was beyond their control. Thank you so so much Hays travel of Braintree. They took the time to talk through different options with us, answer all of our questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which made the whole experience really enjoyable and stress-free.
Thanks to their help, we’ve now booked our holiday and genuinely can’t wait! We were so impressed that we’ve also asked them to look into a Christmas Market river cruise for us as well.
