I received excellent and very friendly service from Emma at the Broadstone office. I requested a quote for a Silversea cruise, this was actioned by Emma in a very efficient manner & received the said quote within minutes. Emma also spotted that Silversea had not added the advertised discount and quickly followed up with them and got the correct cruise price. Excellent service & customer focus.

Had an e.mail next morning with itinerary for a ten day holiday covering both islands with all hotels,transfers, and ferry tickets at a good price.
