Very helpful, above and beyond as I went in to ask about 1 cruise, then later decided to look at another.Charlie, in the Burnley branch, looked for the best deals,when not sure asked one of his colleagues, who was the expert on cruises to advise. Very patient and pleasant, would recommend. The first time we have used them but will definitely be back.

Your buget is not a stumbling block
From entering the store, you get a wonderful greeting , with a friendly smile. The young lady georgia was extremely pleasant, helpful, went above and beyond the extra mile. I was impressed with helpful suggestions and will book again very soon . The other two staff members were friendly also. Great service.
