This is our 2nd time of booking a holiday with Hays so we knew wed be looked after well. Erin was our guide and she was so patient with us. Nothing too much trouble. She got us the information we needed and contacted us via email and phone. We visited the Crosby branch and she explained everything we needed for our city break.

Booked my 3rd holiday with Nicole this week. As usual I am quite fussy and ask her to try a few hotels and get a few prices for me. She always does this with patience and comes back to me quickly and efficiently. Such a lovely friendly and helpful person. Makes booking my holiday so easy and less stressful. Hays Travel in Crosby are amazing! I have been booking Fred Olsen cruises with them for the last few years and they are so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They always want the best for us and and are so happy when we go in after our cruise to tell them all about it. We actually booked 2 cruises for next year with Claire and she was amazing and Erin was amazing too. I always tell everyone on our Fred Olsen cruises how fab Hays Crosby are! They really can't do enough and are the best.
