Sharon had the patience and made the time to look for a holiday in Egypt for us on the required dates and came up with various hotels and flights to look at to choose from. Decided on one and went in to book and pay and she was one step ahead of us and enquired on hotel chosen to make sure it was the right choice for us. Booked holiday and she also booked seats on flights and printed off paperwork and gave me reference for app. Top class service again as always.
