Staff very helpful and efficient also very polite.

Another great experience at Hays Dundee. Met with Sandra to look at options for a holiday next May. Sandra took her time to look at what was available. I decided to return to a hotel that Sandra recommended last year. Sandra gave me a quote and I left the shop with no pressure to buy the holiday. I did go back minutes later after phoning my husband who confirmed what a great holiday we had in Corfu last year. Booked it with help from her apprentice Erin who was really polite and professional 😀. Sandra service as usual was delivered with great professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. She is so customer focused. Great to book holidays with her and I will continue to do so.

I went to hays with a holiday I had been looking at online. I was able to get my holiday and at the same on line price. I feel more secure booking holidays with Hays as you can go in at anytime with any question and know you will get a great service. I always book with hays for best price and service. Lovely Erin was so helpful especially as we had no idea where we wanted to go!! She managed to find a great last minute deal.

We came into the store on monday 10th of august to enqiure about a christmas crusie i told the guy we would think about it as i had to speak to the family told him not to go forward with it but when we made up our mind we went back to the store low and behold he put it on the computer so Sandra and Jill helped us to pick the cruise and cabin the sevice from these 2 girl are next to none they are so helpfull and profreshional thank you once again Sandra and jill.

As usual service excellent. Will keep on using Hays Traval for all holidays. Cannot fault the staff.

We always enjoy calling into Hays Travel in Dundee as a lot of the staff are long term and always remember us with a nice catch up.

Sorry being late with this. The travel agent we saw last week for information and book a holiday was absolutely great. He explained everything we were wanting to know. He also book a holiday for us. This was a great service.

It's always a pleasure to go into Hays Dundee. The staff remember me and always make me feel welcome. Sophie was brilliant as always - we found my next holiday really quickly - counting down the days already! I require special assistance when travelling and its always sorted out for me with no issues. I will book all my future holidays with Hays Dundee.
