The minute I walked in to hays travel Enfield I was greeted by a lady by the name of rosina, she made me feel so welcomed, i didn’t know where we wanted to go as a family. But she made it so easy. And put my mind at rest. She went over and beyond to find us a nice holiday. Which we are happy with. I will recommend hays travel enfield to all my friends and family. Very professional service

Although you cite 7/7 as the date a lot of the work was done a couple of days earlier whenanother lady trawled through loads of options for a trip to Umbria. On 7/7 Hannah completed the booking perfectly competently after I had made my mind up!

We booked our first cruise with Rosina.
We had a few different ideas of the Cruise Liner we would like to use, and we were taken calmly through the options and what might work best for us.

Rosina was friendly and knowledgeable,

The lady who sorted out our holiday could not do enough to help us with the dates and the upgrades - contacting airlines for upgrades. We had decided on one date but then changed & brought the holiday forward. This didn't faze her and she altered the dates & booked our holiday. She kept in contact with us throughout. I could have booked my flights to Australia myself; however; I have relied on Giuliana for all my holidays over the last 5 years; I also have holidays booked for next 3 years via Hays.

Marie Cruz spent so much time going through everything that we needed regarding our cruise booking. There is a big group of us attending the cruise and I needed to ensure that I had all the finer details to inform my party of absolutely everything. The service I received was second to none.

I have never had any problems with their agents Rosina and Juliana
They fulfilled all my requests and was very satisfied.
They communicate efficiently and effectively
Both are very approachable and willing to help always.

This was a last minute booking. Staff were friendly, understanding and extremely patient. Took Time to ensure we got a good deal that met our needs.
Checked us in which was brilliant, didn't have to worry about doing so for round trip. Obviously knew her way round the system much better and swifter than I could have managed. Had nothing to worry about except getting ourselves to the airport. Staff even informed me of a very convenient service to/from the airport that I knew nothing about. Very satisfied customers. Maria at Enfield listened to what our requirements were and came through for us.
She informed us a lot about the area and that she’d lived there for a year.
She made the booking relatively easy for us both as I struggle to sit for long periods of time and she’s very experienced and friendly and kind.

I go into Hays travel in Enfield. Tell Giugliana, what I want, she sorts a deal out for me to approve, I book it. End of.
