Very warm and friendly welcome from Sam when we arrived. Very quick and efficient sourcing holiday we were interested in.
Booking process very straightforward and lots of helpful advice given re luggage and check in at airport.
We noticed a very friendly atmosphere in the shop with other customers collecting currency or making payments the staff seemed to know everyone personally and it was all very relaxed and chilled!

Super helpful service from Ethan and his colleagues. He bent over backwards to help me find the best holiday to suit my needs and preferences, and really took time to tailor it personally. It all felt a bit daunting at the start, but he went above and beyond to make it work out. Thank you.
