Always a friendly greeting and very knowlable wherever the destination. My late husband and I have used Hays for at least 25 years. That says it all!

I found Holly very helpful in booking our holiday, lots of advise as my wife and I have not been away for over 13 years. There was lots of questions we needed to be answered and all that we needed was completed.

Always had radiant service from the llantwit major branch since they took over from Thomas cook. The staff go that extra bit to ensure that you get first class service.

Excellent service very happy to recommend Hays Travel. Have used them previously to book a cruise and they will be my first choice should I book future cruises. Nothing is too much trouble from the initial booking to printing boarding passes etc. Much more personal service than booking online and if there were to be any issues I am confident they would be resolved.
