We used to book holidays through Thomas Cook and the service was very good
But after after Thomas Cook went into liquidation and you very kindly gave jobs to some of the people who worked for them we now have decided to book through yourselves
This is because the lady who work for Thomas Cook now works for you.
She was always very helpful and knew exactly what the customer needed. So we continued to book our holidays with her and hopefully we will still be able to l book many holidays with yourselves in the future
We live in Leeds 16 and travel to Morley in Leeds 27 this is because we are so happy with the customer service received
I have booked many successful holidays with Louisa and now Courtney also
They are extremely helpful and worth the journey across Leeds to book a holiday with them

The staff at morley are always great Courtney always helps us with our holidays she sorts everything out this time we were between 2 different holidays so she advised us what she thought was best weather wise and value for money we always book through hays the are brilliant

We wouldn't book with anyone else. The ladies in the Morley branch are so friendly and so knowledgeable of places we have wanted to go. Always a great experience and as we've booked a few times they even know us by name . Big shout out to Courtney who is lovely and we usually look for her . Louisa is a font of knowledge and we've gone on her recommendations and loved it.

I originally saw Ebony to look for a holiday. This was earlier this month for a holiday in November. Due to my requirements I was not sure it was possible. She didn't find anything suitable so I left resigned it wasn't possible. Ebony however kept looking after I left determined to find something for me. She did. I booked the holiday. I use the branch of Hayes in Morley and have booked my last 3 maybe 4 holidays with them. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Their customer service is second to none.

All the staff at Hays travel Morley are so helpful and accommodating and go up and beyond helpfulness if that makes sense. Nothing is too much for the them. Will always use them. They treat you like one of the family.

Courtney dealt with our booking as usual and got me a better deal than what id found on the jet 2 site she's great and ill always use hays especially if she's there

Scarlet was very warm, friendly and professional in dealing with our requirements.
We booked everything through Scarlet with ease, holiday, transfers, car park etc.
