Freya was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for us, answering every question with confidence and making sure every detail was taken care of. Her enthusiasm and genuine care made the whole experience exciting and completely stress-free.

I cannot fault the service I receive from Hays Travel. I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Freya, who dealt with my booking, was extremely helpful and friendly and spent time to ensure that we managed to book the holiday that we wished to go on. She answered any queries we had and went through the itinerary of the tour. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to deal with her. I would certainly recommend Hays Travel.

From popping in to and speaking to Christina at Royton branch to her finding a few hotels and prices, we then we popped back into see her to us booking our dream holiday.
