I had a pleasant visit to Hayes travel rugeley I new what hotel I wanted and my dates for travelling. My airline and flying time were sorted out by josh who was pleasant and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble.

It was easy to find d appropriate holidays a d the booking process was easy. Hayes have an app so you can track your holiday and this was explained too.
We will be using them for future bookings
