I had been trying for some time to book a holiday house in the uk with some tricky criteria and was struggling. I called in to the Sedgefield branch and Julie-Ann took up the challenge and achieved what we were beginning to think was impossible. She was amazing and determined to help. What a hidden gem in Sedgefield .The ladies were amazing we booked flight only to Malaysia they spent time checking every airline to ensure timing , comfort and value for money
