Mary always has time and patience with us-she knows after dealing with us for many years (going back to when it was A T Mays!!) exactly the type of holiday we look for-the details we like are flight times, length of flight, small hotel, all inclusive and adults only and transfer times-Mary goes through every detail and we’re always pleased with the outcome of our visit… and our holiday is booked by the time we leave!! Excellent!!

Me and my friend didn't no what we was doing but the guy that help us was very helpful, new what we was doing he explained it so we understood , he very good at his job.
He went through all are opptions.

Liam was able too book me the exact holiday I wanted, although he could only price match he added in some airport fast track passes. It was done very quickly over the phone.

Absolutely amazing service from the assistant manager Liam, I called on the off chance of booking a very last minute holiday and he had me booked in and checked me in for my flights very quickly and efficiently, He even gave me some ideas of things to do locally once I arrive. Will definitely use Hays travel Shepton Mallet for my future holiday bookings
