Very knowledgeable and professional. The staff we dealt with were very patient and answered all my queries in a calm and friendly manner. The staff are a credit to the company, which is hard to find these days well done everyone 👏

Underwhelmed with booking
I spoke to Sophia in the York branch and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She found us what looks like the perfect holiday for our family. I could not fault her. However I emailed the York branch to book the holiday and unfortunately Sophia was not working. So I went ahead and booked with someone else and it was a disaster. We got the wrong hotel booked it was very confusing booking it then we got the right holiday and it was more money I didn’t get the same level of customer service I had had with Sophia. She would look at different dates to see which was the best deal. So I’ve booked a holiday I’m not convinced is the best deal. Very underwhelmed with it all. I wish I had just waited to book it through Sophia herself but wanted to make the most of the 0 deposit
