It's fine when it works, but if it decides to randomly mark you as a robot then you are screwed. I've just spent 15 minutes trying to solve their trash captchas until I completely gave up. And their "... See more

Ridiculous and Time-Consuming
Ridiculous and Time-Consuming, If I didn't have to use the services that use this garbage captcha, I wouldn't.
Please somebody buy this company and delete it? Thank you!
At least fix it so that the first correct hit means getting a pass.
No garbage like hcaptcha garbage
Impossible to use.
WORST security system EVER
This is the WORST security system EVER! I can't get into Ebay because it keeps returning me to the hCaptcha "Verify" page. I've tried the accesibility cookie option, but still zilch. I've switched off my ad and pop-up blockers, and cleared my history and cache: still zilch. I've tried THREE browsers: zilch. hCaptcha STINKS!!!
Company owner never ever go for this captcha. You will loose audience.
stupid as hell. It takes a million times to submit that I am not a freaking robot. GOOGLE captcha takes about 10/20 second and this stupid thing takes more that 5 minutes and has to submit again and again and again.
God awful
This is hands down the worst captcha I have ever used, if your building a website and thinking about using this, don't. It will turn half of your audience away because the devs are too incompetent to understand if your a human today, your still going to be human tomorrow. And if your in the half that got marked as a bot because their product is awful, you will have to solve a captcha for every site that uses it, plus ANY page you go to on that site. I genuinely hope they shut down because I am sick of having to do them 100+ times a day when they falsely mark me as a bot, even though my IP, browser, and dns are the same.
this rubbish is real
this s.it is real. you need to have a special talent to create such a terrible product. I am sure that those who have a problem with this s..t constantly feed the developer with special talent. Fu is sick of this captcha
A god awful service
I try to do the captcha and all that happens is I have to do it again. Sometimws i habe to retry 5+ times before it recognises me as a human. So many retries. A god awful service if i ever saw one. It doesn't do it's job well.
It is impossible to work with the new…
It is impossible to work with the new "hCaptcha" - "I am human".
worst
worst. website ever created by zombies. It's very vulnerable to use. The quality of the image is poor. Need to improve.
I have so many issues with the hCaptcha service
- Their service doesn't work correctly compared to other services (like comparable reCaptcha, for example). It's extremely buggy, cumbersome to use and unreliable with a high rate of false positives (= marking real people as "bots").
- After solving an hCaptcha once, they should remember you as a human, and never ask to solve an hCaptcha again unless your IP changes to a "bad" one. That's not the case. One day I was forced to solve 100+ captchas, several times on each website I attempted to access, essentially blocking my access to the internet. And I didn't even have a "bad" IP, according to all blacklists that I'm aware of, my IP was "clean" and hCaptcha wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with my IP. Nothing was wrong - hCaptcha was simply malfunctioning.
- hCaptcha is now used by Cloudflare, a major player (if not monopoly) in the cloud "protection services", meaning a lot of smaller website use them whether they know about it (and approve of) or not.
- My biggest issue is that hCaptcha is used by some *.gov websites such as Secretary of State WA website, and by that this PRIVATE company becomes the "man in the middle" between citizens and their PUBLIC, tax-payer sponsored internet resources. I have reported this to both the SOS WA admin and the FCC, with no effect so far. But my goodness, this needs to be regulated! hCaptcha isn't even ADA-compliant!!
- hCaptcha puzzles are notoriously difficult to "solve" and not ADA compliant, and the company benefits financially from unsuspecting internet users solving these puzzles for them, essentially treating internet users like free labor.
- Escalating issues to hCaptcha support makes no sense. They are NOT support, they do absolutely NOTHING to unblock your internet access when their service is in the way and blocking it.
guys we should start fighting against…
