Don't offer a 10 year guarantee if you don't want to do it

HDG fitted our windows 2 years ago & every summer since one of the larger windows won't shut when it is hot. You have to continually ring them to come out & look & it still hasn't been fixed. Half the time they dont turn up, leaving you waiting in all day. They dont discuss the problems with each other in house.
When the window fitter did eventually turn up, he was incredibly rude & wasn't listening to the information provided & kept saying there isn't a problem. I've not been able to go out if the window was opened as I couldn't shut it leaving the house unsafe.
When I called the owner to ask for his complaints procedure he shouted abuse down the phone & put it down.
