I thought I was ordering a canvas but selected a print they are covered in cheap plastic Perspex. Worst purchase ever spent £269. I would have sent back however I work away from home and my husband put them up before I could see them. Don’t order you will be disappointed cheap and nasty, will never use again. Hopefully this will help others not waste your money.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paid for product missing in delivery and almost 3 weeks later still no resolution. No contact number, lazy email response. Avoid

Wow, received our pair of Grey Horizon 60x60.
Order process seamless, delivery on time, packaging great(no chance of transit damage) and the artwork looks fabulous either side of our fireplace hearth.

I have 2 canvases from this company. I loved them until they suddenly started turning yellow after not even having them for a year. I contacted customer service who told me to be patient despite emailing every week for 6 weeks with no resolution just that they were asking the production team. They then stopped replying back to my emails about 2 weeks ago and I have had no refund or replacement. Do not spend your money on these.

Purchased two paintings, which arrived quickly and undamaged due to excellent packaging
Slight issue during order which was very quickly rectified, refreshing to see good old fashioned customer service still exists. Excellent communication throughout and exceptionally happy with paintings.

Really happy with the wall art I chose. I was a little apprehensive about buying wall art online, but the canvas, prints and frames are of excellent quality. The service is very professional and I was kept up to date from the time of purchase to the day of delivery. I would not hesitate to buy from HD London Art.

I had a very disappointing experience with HD London and would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
I placed an order for artwork on 26 December 2025, with an expected delivery date of 31 December 2025. The artwork never arrived. After weeks of chasing, I was told the item had supposedly been dispatched but was never scanned by the courier — however, no tracking was ever provided and nothing was delivered, even after more than a month.

Communication was slow, inconsistent, and ultimately stopped altogether. I was asked to keep waiting repeatedly, with no firm dispatch or delivery dates, and only vague assurances. Even when a replacement was discussed, clear timelines and tracking details were not provided. They even couldn't commit to the 6 working days timeline advertised on their website that very day.

Given the length of the delay, the lack of proof of dispatch, and the eventual lack of response, I was left with no confidence that the order would ever be fulfilled and had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider.

This was a stressful and time-consuming experience, and not what I would expect from a company selling premium artwork. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

If you do choose to order, be prepared for long delays, poor communication, and the possibility of having to recover your money through your card provider.

Horrendous experience - ordered some
Prints early December. First set were “lost”. But it took me to chase up the courier to confirm that and force this rogue company to send me out a replacement. Second set have still not been dispatched and it’s been 5 weeks now. Expensive products, probably good quality but who knows? Shocking customer service, would avoid, take your custom elsewhere.

Received my painting at a cost of £250 and it’s absolutely rubbish . They are just cheap prints . Don’t go near this company unless you want to be very disappointed

Great selection of canvases. Communication was good. Had to chase inner as Del was longer than expected however came really well packaged. Looks lovely on my wall. Will def buy again for other places in my home

The artwork is beautiful, high quality, and thoughtfully curated. Prices are very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add something special to their space.

Delighted with the "Charcoal Nights" framed canvas - looks lovely and gives a "muted and moody" feel ... Also have put a framed "Nude Heaven" canvas on a bedroom wall ... So pleased !

Ordered this for my husbands birthday. 10 days later still nothing. Emails take ages to reply. Instagram forget. Very poor service. Spent £250 on artwork and want my order cancelled and a full refund.

MoI ordered a large canvas painting. Once it arrived I was very pleased with the quality and it looks lovely on my wall. There were some issues with the courier losing my package initially but the customer service was excellent and sorted it out for me very quickly with a replacement.

Beware. There are different frame types and picture finishes with the same art name, but shown on different parts of the website. I found the Vienna canvas on a floating frame. On returning to the site, searching on Vienna, I ordered the size I wanted but on delivery it was neither canvas or floating frame, it was a cheap looking plastic frame and shiny finish print. Even my order confirmation is vague; "Abstract Art, Vienna", google this and the canvas version comes up!!! There were no other frame/finish choices offered on my page. HD London Art won't accept the return, but offered me 25% off to keep it. They tell me they understand the order confusion but won't refund as their art is "bespoke", when in fact they are producing and selling many of the same items but assembling to order.

Excellent product that looks great. Delivery also superb, well packaged and secure.
