Purchased cable from them but returned it, they have signed for receipt. No contact from them despite lots of messages and I am having a problem getting my refund. don’t bother with them, don’t answer phone, don’t reply to messages.

I've ordered all my cable from here and its been great, quick checkout, super quick delivery and amazing quality cables. Just cant fault this company. They have a huge selection of cable and all of them are great !!!

Ordered cable, telephoned company after 1 week as not received item. I was told that i had to email my query as she couldn't help me. Having emailed on several occasions and received the automated receipt message promising a response ASAP but still no reply. In the meantime I receive a Royal mail notice that I have a letter waiting for me and has to be collected from the Main sorting office as the sender had failed to pay the correct postage.Once at the sorting office i discovered that the item was from HDMICABLE4U. I refused to pay and as it was now 2 weeks since the original order I instructed them to return to sender. I eventually managed to successfully contact HDMICABLES4U and informed them of the situation and was informed that they would refund my purchase. 3 weeks later some 5 weeks after initial order and still nothing. when I contact them they response time is very slow and curt.
I honestly do not care about my £7 but the lack of customer service is disgusting. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was very impressed both with the speed of service and professionalism of this company. I used them for the first time recently and would definitely use them again.

I've used this company a few times and I must say, they are awesome!
Free delivery on all items. Next day delivery as standard. Great array of cable lengths which is great for house builds/in-wall runs, and great value.

The cables are of top quality, for real. Just cos it's cheaper, it doesn't mean you compromise on quality. Cables shouldn't be so dear to begin with. General rule of thumb, go for mid range. But for the value with hdmicables4u, you can go all out for top quality and future proof your cables, as it is still cheaper than others.

I am doing a total audio and video in-wall wire run in my house, so will be buying a fair bit from these guys. Top notch!

Having just bought a replacement home cinema av receiver I needed some hdmi cables to link everything up.
The price from Hdmicable4u looked almost too cheap for a good reliable cable,so with free postage I just ordered one which I used to test for quality.
No worries,these cables work just fine.So ordered some more.
One year later they are all working perfectly.
