En-suite shower room recently re-fitted by HDS and looks stunning. The team were punctual, reliable and 100% professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing or heating job, large or small.

We chose HDS from several quotes for a change from a regular boiler to a combi boiler system and are glad we did.
Queries and amendments to the original quote were answered quickly, minor adjustments during the installation were handled without issue, and a small post-install issue resolved within hours.

Safe to say we will use them again.

Contacted HDS regarding a problem with our hot water. From the first phone call they were friendly and helpful. Both lads that came round to firstly fix diagnose the problem and secondly to fix the problem were friendly and kept us nformed throughout the process. Extremely thankful that HDS fitted us in so we had hot water over Easter break. Will definitely use again if we have a problem and certainly recommend to any else.

The team from HDS arrived on time and completed all works to the schedule they outlined.

HDS provided us with excellent service while installing our new boiler. We contacted them through the Worcester Bosch website. There was a last minute supply issue which complicated matters but HDS dealt with it smoothly, providing us with options and we ended up with a better system than planned. They honoured their quote in spite of the extra effort, installed when they said they would, dealt with bricking up after moving the flue and we had great communications from the office manager who kept us informed at every stage.

You don't install a boiler often and I was looking for a professional company that wouldn't mess me about and knew what they are doing. I am very pleased that I chose HDS and would highly recommend them.

My landlord sent me a text to say he had contacted HDS and within 1 minute I had a phone call from HDS and arranged for a visit the FOLLOWING day. !! But more incredible Steve arrived on time and at the same time I had received a text telling me he was on his way. Very polite and efficient. Yes, all true.

My Worcester Bosch boiler started leaking. HDS attended very quickly, were very helpful, professional and competent, and fixed the issue very quickly, for a very reasonable charge. I was really impressed, and will definitely be using HDS again.

Harry was quick to get back to us after our boiler broke. The price was very competitive, the team were brilliant, tidy and helpful with questions we had. They also fitted a new radiator on the same day. You will not get a better service in Milton Keynes area.

H D S Plumbing & Heating Ltd were very help, professional and offered great service. I had very specific jobs that needed doing along with an annual service and gas safety check. They kept in contact and updated me as required, all work was done very well and at a good price.

Came to do a service and provide quote for replacement seem friendly enough, but then I had to chase them to get details on how to pay and am still waiting for a quote and receipt/ gas safety cert. so really can only give 1 star

Update, I have now been contacted by HDS, who have apologies for the lack of comms, I am updating the review based on that whilst. I have been left with a bad taste about this following up with me took a degree of courage. Whilst the series of events that led up to poor comms is unlikely it never the less happened and could have been avoided.

Further revision, I did eventually use HDS to replace the boiler and they did a good job, friendly efficient, neat and tidy.

Exceptional service. This was the first time I have used HD, but I wouldn't use anyone else now. Efficient, Courteous and very reasonable. Same day service to fix my elderly, disabled father's boiler in an emergency when no one else would come out for several days, yet Tom went out of his way to fit in this job the morning after the evening I called. He squeezed the work in both ends of the day, by calling in on his way into work to assess the job and find out what parts he'd need so he could combine it with a trip to his supplier and he went back and carried out the job that evening. My father is quite difficult and Tom was sensitive and tactful. The price was extremely fair and Tom was open and transparent as well as being very kind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Installation of new boiler was neat and efficient , fitters were friendly and polite . Love being able to control the heating from my phone ,my house has never been so warm .
