Used to be the best tan on the market but omg what a let down!
I used this tan for years especially going on holidays as it was the darkest best wearing tan on the market. It covered veins & any imperfections. They've not only discontinued the ultra dark but applying the dark liquid was hard work where I used to put it on with ease. The colour used to be beautiful 😍& last about 10 days but now its a medium colour & most washes off after the first wash. Im so disappointed. Is the ultra dark coming back? Are you working on a more improved formula. Please say you are🙏

A very nasty Company to deal with. They invite you to stock their products but then dictate to you where and where you can sell. They don't make this clear beforehand, only after you have purchased thousands of pounds of stock

Lovely scent
A great all rounder tan that is completely fool proof. Love the scent, much nicer than any other tan!

Used to be the best :(
Oh no!! What have you done to my favourite tan ever!! I tell everyone about your gold foaming mousse. It’s literally a staple item for me and I’ve used it for years. It now smells off putting, the foam is much lighter and now when I apply it it’s nowhere near as dark. And it doesn’t last as long. Absolutely gutted after all these years I’m going to have to look elsewhere.

Fantastic quality tan
Fantastic quality tan, really nice free gifts with over £60 order, super fast delivery, such an even natural tan, fades evenly, the hydra luxe medium tan is super, lasts all week, fading like a real tan, doesn't feel dry or orange at all, the very liquid tan blends very well & drys down quickly, even found that it doesn't transfer too badly when you sleep in it & wash off next day. When I finally run out will definitely re purchase

What have you done to it????
What's happened to my favourite fake tan?? I buy the medium tanning mousse. Bought a new one recently and it's not the same! It's more moisturizing..but the foam is lighter and the tan isnt as dark. In fact it's barely there and only lasts a couple of days. Now I have to find something better.....and I've been using this for years! Such a shame. If it ain't
broke...dont fix it!! Edit...thanks for your reply and yes you did kindly..and unexpectedly..send me a replacement but it's just the same! You still havent confirmed you've changed it..but there's no need really... as its definitely different .and as stated above..not for the better. So I wont be buying it anymore. Please change it back! It was so good!

Best Fake Tan Ever
Picked this up in TX MAXX , it is the very best fake tan I have ever used . It does not smell at all . It does not smear at all . I applied this tan with a tanning mitt and the results are superb . Thoroughly recommend

Excellent product, service and overall experience
Excellent Customer Service and overall experience with He-Shi. I had never come across their products, but managed to pick up some reduced price redundant stock in a cosmetics auction very recently. The problem, however, was that the products had become watery, which somebody had advised me was indicative of fake alternatives.
I contacted He-Shi just for info on the products & the fake claims, to discover that what I had purchased was not fake, but well out of date (a few years!) & a discontinued product. It was clearly not their fault or issue and of course if you buy in an auction, there is no recourse.
He-Shi were wonderful and actually sent me 2 new replacement products along with an additional travel-size sample to replace what I had to throw away. I had only wanted info as to the quality and usability of the product, and was not complaining as I take responsibility for my choice to purchase on auction.
I am hugely impressed with their attitude, service and response as well as now being sold on the quality of their products.
Five stars to Aimee who handled my query efficiently and effectively!
Highly recommend them and their products.

I liked the fact that the choice of products were not overwhelming, but selective. I liked the information on ingredients.The price point is good, even more so in the sales! Using the products was easy, they dried quickly and left my skin really soft, with little colour transfer on clothes or sheets. The scent was fresh and pleasant too. Light variation is a little pale, but good for everyday, but I blend dark and light together. The tan lasts well and disappears evenly. I had an allergy to a different brand recently and He Shi seems to be good for me, thank you!
