The gold standard!! I have 290,000 miles on my Honda Accord and I put LED headlights in it probably six years ago and I’ve had the benefit of using the replacement warranty probably four or five times. It was never a hassle to get them replaced, they didn’t act like I was ripping them off, they were happy to replace them. These LED lights that I purchased from them have been lighting my way for years now, and if they break again, they will get replaced again for free. I almost feel like I’m ripping off the company at this point, but they always have a smile on their face. There is no reason to go to any other supplier than these guys.

This is an expensive website, but the products are good and you get what you order. I always like having illegal bright headlights.

I initially ordered the wrong bulbs and they were easy on the exchange. Then when I received the new bulbs, they were great! I could barely see at night and now it’s a joy to drive at night! It’s fun again because I can see the road.

I was able to make one call, got the help and advice I was looking for and made the purchase. Install was very easy. Finished product was perfect.

The personnel were extremely helpful on the phone and made sure that I was getting the proper bulbs for my van. As always, they have taken great care of me and have honored warranties in the past with expeditious service! I highly recommend them!

I called in and was able to tell them what all trouble shooting steps I had already completed and obtain a logical next step which ended up fixing my headlights. They sent the part out and I received it the next day. Great customer service like every time I have ever dealt with them.

The install was simple and the lights look great on our 2014 Suburban. However after about 2 weeks I know have a DRL inoperable. I tried registering for the warranty but it wouldn’t take me to the correct site to do it. For what they cost I shouldn’t be having problems for years

The head light assembly kit for my '11 Tundra looks great. They are much needed upgrade from the factory ones that have a severe issue of hazing every 3-4 years. Very easy to install. One minor issue with left turn signal blinking faster than other, however it's a common issue when upgrading to LED's in older vehicles. The customer service contacted Alpharex and sent out some resistors to compensate for the older chips that think a bulb is burnt out.

Purchased lights from them a couple years ago and had one burn out. They replaced it under warranty no questions asked. Hard to find companies like this in today's world unfortunately. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
